Alex posted a quote this morning that talked about perseverance. Well, Jason is persevering through some pain right now. His left shin is acting up again. With some guidance from the MOAR TREK nurse (thanks, Aunt Dar!), we’re hoping to get him feeling better soon. Some words of encouragement or funny jokes would be welcome. I keep him posted on the messages as he runs.

ReplyDeleteDeciding to take up jogging, the man was astouded by the wide selection of jogging shoes availabe at the local sports shoe store. While trying on a basic pair of jogging shoes, he noticed a minor feature and asked the clerk: "What is this little pocket thing here on the side for?" And the clerk: "Oh, that's to carry spare change so you can call your wife to come pick you up when you've jogged to far."
ReplyDeleteHey Jason: 11:23 you are receiving dead bug cheer. It is a favorite of the girls and I am assuming you have felt like a dead bug sometime during this journey! OK I AM DOING IT NOW- Hope you got it!
ReplyDeleteOn a more serious note my mirror says to me every day- "You never know how far you can go until you risk going too far" You definitely are testing your internal strength and I think finding out what an incredible person you are.
