The sun will come up tomorrow...

Jason got an early start today. We were out of the hotel room before the sun was even up. Day 5 should be a straightforward day. Not many turns to take. The weatherman says it's going to be a warmer day than the past few days. Hydration will be key as the mercury rises.
Another milestone is coming up...We are about 7 miles from the halfway point. I'll be back online to tell you all about it.

  1. Walter - Your father-in-law could not be prouder. Taking on such an unselfish feat is truly remarkable. Travel safe today. By the way this is my first ever blog posting. Welcome to thr 21st century.

  2. This is Jeff Gross from the Purina office in Fayetteville. Keep up the great effort and we look forward to your arrival in northwest AR! I'm reminded of a quote from Bruce Jenner, '76 US Olympic gold medalist in the decathalon, that seems appropriate at this time - "feet don't fail me now!"
