Lady Bears that is! Three Missouri State women's soccer student-athletes joined Jason on his run this morning. Pictured to the right are Charlie Holyfield, Allie Osmundson, Jackie Jasper, Jason, Laura Galati, and Lisa Galati. Props to the Lady Bears. They finished more than a 10K. Word has it they will be back for more later.
I wish Jason could have heard the comments of the girls when they got back in the car to go to class after running with him ths morning. They were sooooo psyched and kept saying how inspired they were. ( That is exactly what it is all about.) All they could think about was how they were going to convince their professors that they needed to get back out there with Jason and support him, which is exactly what they did. From 7:00AM with the trainer until 3:30 they soaked up every bit of inspiration they could. It is 6:00 Pm on a Friday night and all four of them including Sarah are home asleep saying "It was a great day. I did more than I ever thought I could." And that is what it is all about. Thanks Jason!!!
